What we cover

I believe in taking a holistic approach to your overall wellness, as all aspects are so intertwined, each playing their role in the creation of a healthy mind, body and soul.  As we move through the program we will not only consider how to nourish and move your body, we will help you foster a positive mindset, live in alignment with your values and priorities and set goals that inspire you and are in balance with the rest of your life.

There are four elements to the program:

Alignment: Gain clarity around your values, priorities, goals and vision so you can become clear on who you are and what you want in life.

Nurture: Create new practices and behaviours to move, nourish and care for your body.

Soul connection: Reflect on what is working well, what requires more attention and what may be holding you back from living your dream life.

Stress management: Identify what may be triggering your stress and establish a ‘go-to’ set of strategies to reduce the inhibiting effects of stress, overwhelm and anxiety.

This eight-week program allows me to be with you every step of the way, offering ongoing support and guidance when you need it.  I will be there if you reach a stumbling block, have a question or just need someone to turn to for encouragement and reassurance.

4 x 60 minute 1:1 health coaching sessions delivered fortnightly over 8 weeks
