THRIVE Wellness Program

If you are ready to increase your energy, feel connected to yourself and others and stop racing through life feeling manic and exhausted, then this is the program for you.  I can help you take control of your stress levels so you can make the best use of your valuable time, increase your productivity and efficiency, and feel more valued, respected and motivated.

This four-week program allows me to be with you every step of the way, offering ongoing support and guidance when you need it.  I will be there if you reach a stumbling block, have a question or just need someone to turn to for encouragement and reassurance.

The program includes:

4 x 60 minute one-on-one coaching sessions

Wellness questionnaire sent prior to your first session

Summary of actions to reflect on after our sessions

Email support for the duration of the program

Tools and resources to help support you in achieving your goals

By the end of the program you will have:

Learned to nourish and move your body

Discovered what you value most and become clear on your priorities

Formed strategies for self-care and setting appropriate boundaries

Identified what is and isn’t working well, and what you have to look forward to

Learned to control your internal dialogue and switch the ‘I can’t’ to ‘I can’

Recognised your habits and prioritised the ones that serve you best

Identified your barriers, limiting beliefs and fears

Created your own toolkit of tips to help manage stress, anxiety and overwhelm
