What is Kinesiology?
Kinesiology (kin-easy-ology) is a natural and safe healing modality which takes a holistic approach to your overall wellness by working with your mind, body and soul.
Emotional distress, physical tension or unrealistic demands can creep into your daily life and their impact can compound over time. This built-up stress in your body leads to blockages or imbalances throughout your energetic system which if left untreated, may result in physiological, emotional or psychological ailments.
Kinesiology collectively considers your physical, emotional and energetic patterns, behaviour and history, looking to see whether they are interconnected and how they may be impacting each other. Through the use of gentle muscle monitoring, Kinesiology looks beyond the usual scope to identify what may be causing stress or dysfunction in your body, which helps to resolve the issue, rather than individually treating each presenting symptom.
By peeling back the layers and encouraging self-awareness, Kinesiology can uncover and shift physical and emotional blockages so you can release the impact they are having on your well-being.
Kinesiology releases stress and trauma from your body returning it to a place of equilibrium, where your energy flows freely throughout. Kinesiology does not heal you; rather it enhances your body’s innate ability to heal itself and to perform at its optimal level.
