What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology (kin-easy-ology) is a natural and safe healing modality which takes a holistic approach to your overall wellness by working with your mind, body and soul.

Kinesiology collectively considers your physical, emotional, mental and energetic patterns, behaviour and history, looking to see whether they are interconnected and how they may be impacting each other.  Through the use of gentle muscle monitoring, Kinesiology can help identify contributing factors which may be causing stress, imbalance or dysfunction in your body which helps bring awareness around resolving the issue, rather than individually treating each presenting symptom.

Kinesiology taps into your subconscious, which enables us to peel back the layers, dig a bit deeper and encourage self-awareness to help uncover and address the root cause of your issue.  This allows you to make lasting and positive changes to the way you think, feel and behave and reduces the likelihood of the issue occurring again.

Through the use of a variety of correction techniques, Kinesiology helps relax your central nervous system and bring your body back into balance, which allows your body’s own natural healing ability to take place.

Sessions and Pricing

Initial session

90 minutes | $120

This session is for new clients only.  We will review your client history form and discuss the purpose of your visit, which will provide us with a framework to guide us during our sessions.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete your paperwork.

Standard session

60 minutes | $100

These sessions are for clients who have already had an initial session with me.  We will discuss how you felt after your previous session and what is going on for you now, continuing on with the Kinesiology balance process.

Cancellation policy

I know your time is valuable, and mine is too. Out of respect for me and my other clients, I ask that you arrive on time for your session and provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your session time.  Repeated cancellations or appointment changes with less than 24 hours’ notice or non-attendance to a session, will result in charging of the full session fee.
